Dr. Smarajit Dey

Board Member

Smarajit comes with over 40 years’ experience in creating & leading organizations in areas of strategy, business excellence, academia and start-up ecosystem management. His previous roles include several leadership, mentorship and coaching stints including being President – NIIT, HoD – Comp. Sciences, BITS, Pilani and continued engagements with firms ranging from a PE firm, FMCG MNC, Education to Gaganyaan (Moonshot Mission). He lives and travels between Kolkata & Delhi, India.



Gero Pickert

Board Member

Gero comes with over 30 years’ experience in leading large teams globally in areas of business strategy, sales, business operations and HR. His previous roles include several leadership stints including being CEO – Siemens China, Head HR Operations – Nokia and Head of Strategy, Sales and Pre-Sales roles in Siemens across Europe & Asia. He is based out of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in north of Germany.



Gunika Chouradia

Head Operations

Gunika brings around 10 years of experience in Global HR operations & HR Shared Services, having worked with companies like Aon Hewitt & Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd. Her stints included setting up and operating complete HR Operations service delivery catering to various customer organizations across the world.



Kapil Maini

Partner

Kapil comes with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, contract mgt., and GBS. His previous roles include setting up and leading global shared service centers, cost optimization initiatives & business delivery capability building for Nokia. He is based out of Gurgaon, India.



Praveen Pankajakshan

Partner

Praveen comes with over 28 years’ experience in HR in sectors of banking, retail, audit & financial services, IT and manufacturing across India and the Middle East. He has been instrumental in setting up large business teams in Reliance Retail & IDBI. He is a founder and partner in a few consulting & technology initiatives, including Lighthouse LLC and Talbrum. He lives in Muscat, Oman.



Priyanka brings over 12 Years of experience in HR operations & leadership roles across sectors like Information Technology, Retail, HR Consulting, Outsourcing & Telecom. Her areas of expertise include Talent Management & Development, Employee Life Cycle Management, Talent Acquisition, Competency & Talent Transformation.



Rahul Sanghvi

Rahul comes with around 15 years of experience which includes a stint in Niti Aayog as a Dy. Dir. Gen. and has been involved in various landmark policy making initiatives for the SME sector in India. He hs worked for the British High Commission in India and is also the founder-CEO of Dexter Consulting. He is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad and, apart from his regular engagements, is currently pursuing PhD in Marketing from there. He lives in Ahmedabad, India.



Sanjay Lakhanpal

Sanjay comes with over 25 years’ experience in leading global IT companies, cloud transformations, digital accelerators, e-commerce and supply chain. He has been the MD & CEO of Newt Global, COO of Corbus LLC and has led large teams in digital transformation initiatives across geographies. He lives in Delhi, India.

Sarath Narayanan

Head Operations

Sarath Narayanan brings over 18 years of experience in various sectors including auto, Retail and Services. He specializes in Strategy planning ,execution, change management and HR shared Services. His previous stints include organizations like Reliance, Group Landmark and Adecco where he worked in operations and leadership roles.



Uday Moitra

CEO

Uday Moitra brings over 25 years’ HR experience in manufacturing, banking, telecom, media and EPC sectors including stints as CHRO, Business Partner and Centre of Expertise roles across organizations. In his last role with Nokia, he was heading HR Shared Services for 40 countries and leading innovation, global mobility & process management. He is based out of Gurgaon, India.



Uday Sinh

Uday Sinh brings over 25 yrs of experience within HR domain (industry & Consulting) namely, Essar,& Adani group along with an exposure to IT & Retail services. Last few years been consulting within the MSME’s segments, while representing as management advisory with a Clintech & Infotech company in guiding and supporting the entrepreneurs towards setting the HR Strategic direction. He’s based out of Ahmedabad.
