Smarajit comes with over 40 years’ experience in creating & leading organizations in areas of strategy, business excellence, academia and start-up ecosystem management. His previous roles include several leadership, mentorship and coaching stints including being President – NIIT, HoD – Comp. Sciences, BITS, Pilani and continued engagements with firms ranging from a PE firm, FMCG MNC, Education to Gaganyaan (Moonshot Mission). He lives and travels between Kolkata & Delhi, India.

Gero comes with over 30 years’ experience in leading large teams globally in areas of business strategy, sales, business operations and HR. His previous roles include several leadership stints including being CEO – Siemens China, Head HR Operations – Nokia and Head of Strategy, Sales and Pre-Sales roles in Siemens across Europe & Asia. He is based out of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in north of Germany.

His previous roles include setting up and leading global shared service centers, cost optimization initiatives & business delivery capability building for Nokia. He is based out of Gurgaon, India.

Praveen comes with over 28 years’ experience in HR in sectors of banking, retail, audit & financial services, IT and manufacturing across India and the Middle East. He has been instrumental in setting up large business teams in Reliance Retail & IDBI. He is a founder and partner in a few consulting & technology initiatives, including Lighthouse LLC and Talbrum. He lives in Muscat, Oman.

Rahul comes with around 15 years of experience which includes a stint in Niti Aayog as a Dy. Dir. Gen. and has been involved in various landmark policy making initiatives for the SME sector in India. He hs worked for the British High Commission in India and is also the founder-CEO of Dexter Consulting. He is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad and, apart from his regular engagements, is currently pursuing PhD in Marketing from there. He lives in Ahmedabad, India.

In his last role with Nokia, he was heading HR Shared Services for 40 countries and leading innovation, global mobility & process management. He is based out of Gurgaon, India.
