Sales Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, establish initial contacts, plan and deliver customer engagement process, establish & maintain customer relationship and follow up on deal closures.

POSITION ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Support: To assist the founding team in the implementation of organization’s sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Lead generation: for HRSS in domestic and international market through online portals and social media
  • Planning: of customer identification processes and resources.
  • Engage: with customer with a compulsive value-add proposition to establish connect and interest in HRSS.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers’ inquiries, requests, and concerns. Resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales-related data. This includes entering new leads, updating customer information, tracking interactions, and generating reports.
  • Coordination: Coordination with the clients, understand their needs, send proposals, follow and negotiate deal closure etc
  • Reporting: Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and analyses to provide insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and team performance. These reports can aid in making informed decisions and strategies. Maintain and report on sales dBase, funnel planning, forecasting and sales analytics.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and proposals. Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly organized.
  • Sales Meetings: Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and provide necessary materials to participants.
  • Follow-Up: Responsible for making cold calls to CEOs. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain: core values of integrity and honesty in all dealings with customers at all times.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Incumbent needs to be a highly motivated individual with high energy and perseverance. Should be of a very pleasant disposition and a good conversationalist.

Must have a keen eye to spot customer needs and accordingly create a compelling value proposition of TC business model. Should be thoroughly conversant with HR concepts and shared services concept to respond and explain to customer most, if not all, questions, before due diligence process. Should come with a high level of integrity and ensure that no over-promises are made and accountability of what is sold is always maintained. Should be good with numbers, co-ordination, social media channels, networking and relationship management. Must own, at all times, sales responsibilities and ensure fair conversion of all possible sales leads into purchase orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in any stream or equivalent with 2-5 years’ experience. Must have a proven track record through projects or previous experience on some high impact B2B sales initiatives.

Salary Budget – Upto 4LPA
